Westover was very responsive before and after move in. Josh came out on the drop of a hat, within hours he would be out to my new home to make a repair. Day of closing he was power washing when I pulled up, upon arrival Josh placed his work shirt on and was still extremely professional. Highly highly recommend.
The entire staff at Westover Homes is amazing. Josh is great, Westover is lucky to have him. They are super friendly and helpful. Their communication is by far the best we have ever come across. I would purchase a home from them again in a heartbeat.
Jessica has been the most helpful person in purchasing a new build home. She is very knowledgeable, and she has certainly gone above and beyond expectations. Jessica helped us purchase a home while we were living out of area. She drove to numerous houses to tour them for us and show them to us via a video app. She answered our countless questions and conducted research when needed. Even after we closed, Jessica has been available to follow up with the builder and answer even more questions. She is always cheerful and upbeat, even when we had doubts. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her as our agent again in the future.
